Cashmere and pearls. Champagne and caviar. Martinis and chocolate. Each of these suggests a mood, memories and great company, and martinis and chocolate suggest the makings for a fantastic getaway. This tour highlights an authentic culinary experience while pairing some of New Hampshire’s artisan chocolatiers with unique recipes from some of the state’s finest mixologists.

Plan your getaway, drink responsibly, drive safely and indulge your taste buds as you sip and sample your way around New Hampshire.

The Stage Restaurant & Café

At the Stage Restaurant, you can sip on contemporary cocktails in a relaxed, artistically-inspired atmosphere. The mixologists keep things interesting with new creations and high-end twists on the classics to cater to your dynamic tastes. Be bold and try the Big Sexy – one of the restaurant’s most popular martinis combining blueberry, pomegranate, and citrus vodkas, triple sec and pomegranate juice with muddled blueberries under a splash of bubbling champagne!

Dancing Lion’s master chef is a true artist, using chocolate as a medium to produce one-of-a-kind sweets beautiful enough to grace an art gallery. These artisanal chocolates are crafted using extremely rare ingredients paired with locally-sourced components to deliver an unforgettably flavorful experience. Delight in a freshly poured chocolate bar, a box of unique truffles, or sample one of their many wonderful pastries.

From original recipes featuring herbal gin or vodka with bitters and dry vermouth, to new concoctions like Mr. Bigelow’s Basil-tini, all your martini dreams will come to life. For a chocolatey twist, try Michael’s Chocolate Martini, prepared with Vanilla Vodka, Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka, and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur topped with an enticing Chocolate Cigar garnish.
