Summer Chamber Music Fills the Air

There’s nothing quite like attending a live concert or show.  Summertime in New Hampshire is the perfect time to do just that. The state is home to a thriving chamber music scene offering a variety of performances from world-class artists who come here and inspire and entertain by playing beautiful music.  Make a summer night even more memorable when you experience one of these events.     

Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music, Sullivan
Enjoy an evening of enchanting music at Apple Hill during the summer! Apple Hill’s Concert Barn is the idyllic setting for their summer concert series featuring Apple Hill’s String Quartet along with guest artists from around the world.  Concerts are every Tuesday throughout the summer. Arrive early and enjoy buffet dinner on the lawn before the music begins. Details can be found here.  

Electric Earth Concerts, Monadnock Region
An inspiring and entertaining Offering a series of concerts aimed at inspiring and educating visitors, Electric Earth Concerts are back this summer with an amazing lineup of musicians who are passionate about their craft and sharing the power of live music. Halcyon Music Festival, Portsmouth
The two-week Halcyon Music Festival takes place in June and brings talented world class musicians to New Hampshire’s Seacoast. The artists immerse themselves in the community and live, work, rehearse and perform together for six unique chamber music concerts performed in the historic St. John’s Episcopal Church.   The program lineup can be found here.

Monadnock Music, Monadnock Region
Summertime brings a full schedule of exceptional concerts to the Monadnock Region. The Monadnock Music Festival is comprised of a dozen concerts that feature a mix of classical and contemporary musicians. Shows include large-scale productions at the Town House in Peterborough as well as free traveling performances that rotate among 22 towns surrounding Mt Monadnock. Explore the series here.
