For those looking to stretch their legs with the family in tow, check out the Warner and Bagley Rail Trail which runs parallel to Main Street. If you join the trail by the Pilsbury Free Library on Depot Street, you’ll find podiums dotted along the trail that reveal a fun story page-by-page! Hidden Gem: Pro Tip - during the summer, you can catch live music and concerts performed on the Main Street Warner Stage or in the Jim Mitchell Community Park in the evenings.
- Hanover is a lively college town, home to ivy league Dartmouth College and many great local businesses like My Brigadeiro where you can indulge in decadent chocolate creations. If you need a book for your travels, pay a visit to Still North Books & Bar where you can spend an afternoon browsing novels and sipping on a cozy drink. Plus, not far from Main Street, you can follow the Hanover River Trail that meanders along the scenic Mink Brook. Hidden Gem: A portion of the Appalachian Trail actually runs through Hanover’s Main Street, making it one of only 10 towns where the main street and the A.T. coincide.
