New Hampshire maple syrup production happens every spring for an intense 4-6 week period. During this time sap is collected from Sugar Maples and boiled down to the delectable sweet syrup.
Visitors are welcome at sugar houses across the state to watch the process and taste the result. While production season is short, the resulting syrups and candies are available all year long.
