New Hampshire Corn Mazes

It’s autumn in New Hampshire, which means it’s time to pull out the flannels, plan out an apple picking adventure, and get lost in a corn maze. As a treasured tradition in the state, farmers all across New Hampshire go all out when it comes to designing these intricate labyrinths. So corral the crew and head to one of this year’s uniquely elaborate mazes.

Beech Hill Farm, Hopkinton

603-223-9828
Again this year, Beech Hill Farm in Hopkinton will welcome visitors with two different mazes to explore at the farm. "The Ice Cream Jeopardy Maze" celebrates the Beech Hill Farm Ice Cream Barn’s 25 Anniversary and the "NH Eco-spy" teaches visitors about New Hampshire's wildlife and ecosystems. The mazes have scavenger hunt activities that correspond with the themes, so the goal is to navigate all the way through the mazes. On average, the mazes should take about 40 minutes each. Tickets are $7 per person, kids under 3 are free. Mazes are open everyday from 12-dusk. Stop by the ice cream barn to purchase tickets (and a sweet treat too, of course!)

Coppal House Farm, Lee
603-659-3572
Head to Coppal House Farm in Lee where adventure awaits in their praying mantis themed corn maze! Look for trivia clues hidden throughout the maze, answer correctly to help determine which path you should take. On average visitors, weave their way through in about 45 minutes or so. The maze opens September 3, and throughout the fall season will be open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm; weekends from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for kids 5-12 and 4 and under are free. The farm will be holding flashlight night mazes, when you use a flashlight to find your way. Tickets for those nights must be bought online in advance.

Riverview Farm, Plainfield
603-298-8519
Visitors to Riverview Farm in Plainfield will once again be treated to a story as they wander the fields of corn here. Every fall for at least a dozen years, the farm’s corn maze has been turned into a work of art by a local artist, and this year is no exception. This year you’ll see some returning characters from last year as well as some new ghostly faces! The maze is open Tuesdays through Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm through the end of October.

Sherman Farm, East Conway
603-393-2412
The cornfield at Sherman Farm in East Conway is ready and waiting for you to explore. This year's "Maize at Sherman Farm" is 12 acres of fun for the entire family. Inside the Maize, visitors will enjoy playing a Farm Scene Treasure Hunt and solving corny riddles along the way. There are three phases in the Maize, one for every ability. After the maze, stay for the day and enjoy corn boxes, a petting area, the bouncing pumpkin pad and much more! The maze will be open weekends starting September 24. Check the online ticketing website for pricing as tickets are date specific. Children ages 2 and under are free.
